The second son of world traveling parents, Jim grew up in Libya, Indonesia, the US and England before relocating to the US again in 1989 for college. After completing his undergraduate degree at Stetson University in DeLand where he studied art and business, Jim moved to New Smyrna Beach in 1993. He began a career in the art world at Atlantic Center for the Arts, going on to pursue a graduate degree at NYU in 2000. Jim returned to New Smyrna Beach in 2002 and to Atlantic Center where he was most recently Co-Executed Director from 2011-2017. During those years Jim's passion for real estate was evident, personally owning and renovating over 12 properties in New Smyrna Beach, in addition to managing several rental properties. Jim's knowledge of New Smyrna's Real Estate market is vast which lead to his latest career in Commercial Real Estate. Additionally, his creative eye, grand vision, and knowledge of construction and remodeling gives him an advantage when identifying properties with outstanding potential.
